Exploring Sound
Today, Mr. Chris came in from the Connecticut Science Center. The kids performed four different experiments to explore the properties of sound using various materials - Pitch Pipes (Palm Pipes), Tuning Forks, Rubber Bands, and Water. They made tons of observations and asked great questions! Sound will be our first unit of study in Quint 2.
